QUOTE BY SEAN Connery * Some Age, Others Mature *

Level Headed. Rational. Accountable. Responsible. Mature. Maturity is a trait which is difficult to achieve. As one grows up within a organization or a family, one has to keep calm, own up and start taking the responsibilities. This can only happen if one is honest and makes sure to gain trust of others as well as delivers in time. It is said that Achievers mature faster than the others . Neymar is one such champion player (age-23, plays for Argentina) who has become responsible in 2015. Neymar plays Football which is a highly competitive and demanding sport. It happens many time in team games that while there are many players of exceptional talent, yet only few blossom and deliver to the team. Again and again NEYMAR  came to rescue of his famous team Barcelona by being more responsible particularly towards late 2015. No wonder he matched Messi in number of goals for Barcelona in last year, by scoring 48 goals. Also in Messi’s absence during the later part of 2015, Neymar took responsibility and along with Suarez contributed to team immensely. There’s a famous quote “Maturity is when your world opens up and you realize you’re not the centre of it.”

QUOTE BY ANTHONY J. D'ANGELO * DEVELOP A PASSION FOR LEARNING. IF YOU DO, YOU WILL NEVER CEASE TO GROW *

Frenzy. Fervor. Excitement. Intensity . Passion. If you love your job, only then you can produce wonderful results. Passion gives the energy and intensity to create miracles. Prior to founding Amazon in 1994, he worked as a Financial Analyst . Under Jeff Bezos, Amazon continues to push into the next new thing and keeps on bringing innovation to product offerings . QUOTE FROM MAHATAMA GANDHI * If I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning.”

Able. Bright. Competent. Proficient. Talent. Humans have got all the abilities & skills. The issue is whether we want to do it or not. It is a matter of seeking out more & demanding more from you . Super achievers have got this ability in plenty. MARIE CURIE is one such exceptional human being . Marie was of  Polish origin and naturalized French Physicist and chemist who conducted pioneering research on radioactivity. Marie achieved  the remarkable distinction of becoming first woman to win a Nobel prize. Later she reinforced her abilities by becoming the first person  to win noble prize twice ( for chemistry & physics ) .  The only person to win twice in multiple sciences, and was part of the Curie family legacy of five noble prize.  She was also the first woman to become a professor at the university of Paris  and in 1995 became the first woman to be entombed on her own merits in Paris. Her accomplishments include the discovery of two elements and  theory of radioactivity . Quote from Joyce Brothers sums it up comprehensively * “Success is a state of mind. If you want success, start thinking of yourself as a success.”

SPORTSMANSHIP STILL EXISTS

Competitor. Contestant. Opponent.  Challenger. Rival . Does ruthless word of lawn tennis has some heart ? Is there any scope of healthy competition & mutual admiration….or is it a *dog eat dog world* .  Yes ! Sportsmanship was evident recently in Bangkok ( October 15 )  when  Rafael Nadal ( champion lawn tennis player ) praised  Novak Djokovic ( current number one in ATP ranking ) .  Rafael praised Novak Djokovic  for playing at a level difficult to equal  & congratulated the top level Serbian for his amazing run in 2015. It may be mentioned that  Djokovic  has won three majors   in 2015.  This a very welcome move where top players are able to openly express their emotions . Generally , they hardly have anything good to say about their competitors. Novak Djokovic has said earlier in 2014 in some other context  " Its nice to have something that is greater than sport itself, you know , the sportsmanship and fair play".

"If you really want to bring success into your life, you should cultivate yourself just as you'd cultivate a garden for the best yield."

Perseverance. Fighting against  the odds .Determination. Achievers have all these qualities in plenty . You add drive and passion to these attributes . Novak Djokovic is one such Super achiever . Novak is a Serbian professional tennis player who is currently ranked World number 1  by  ATP . Novak is playing at a super level ( September ,15 )  & as per tennis pundits, Novak is invincible these days. His body language and domination puts his rivals in a losing position even before the actual match starts.  But , Novak has worked very hard for this . Novak reinvented himself & has been unstoppable in 2015.  No wonder,  Novak Djokovic  is considered to be one of the greatest tennis players of all time. Novak has won ten Grand Slam singles titles and has held the no. 1 spot in the ATP rankings for a total of 164 weeks. By winning three Grand Slam titles in 201,Novak became the sixth male player to win three Grand Slams in a calendar year. He repeated this achievement in 2015. A quote by Robert Collier on  success defines Novak achievement brilliantly "Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day-in and day-out."

Impossible

Impossible. Unfeasible. Unworkable. Achievers do not believe in this . They believe in the following ; "Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'!". Japan has done it ( September 15 ) . Their victory over two times world champion South Africa in Rugby world cup  is magical. In fact this has been now being touted as greatest single moment in world cup rugby history. This Japanese team had the belief in their abilities and executed their skills with dedication and passion . No wonder, Japanese fans are overjoyed. Finally it proves that underdogs can also win . They can also rise to the top & triumph. Quote by JOHNY WEISSMULLER sums it up comprehensively * With but few exceptions , it is always the underdog who wins through sheer willpower.

Quote from USAIN BOLT * I want to be the best*

Procedure .Know-how. Proficiency. Artistry. Technique.  Good  technique is to be learned and paramount for all of us to achieve any success. Technique correction is also about constant reinforcement on how to do a thing right until your body gets it. That is why practice, patience, and perseverance is the key. Recently ( August 2015 ), USAIN BOLTs form was being questioned. Skeptics were doubting & writing off Usain. However, achievers have always got simple solution to this.  They set the high standards for themselves. They then try and work towards achieving them. They keep on challenging themselves to the next and higher benchmark. The passion inside them is their fuel which keeps on driving them relentlessly .USAIN BOLT is one such top notch performer who again proved his worth by retaining his World 100 meter title in spectacular style on 23-8-15 . The sprinter who is the world”s fastest athlete says that to be best one needs to have goals . Hard work and perseverance  then takes them to superlative level .Usain is the highest paid athlete and most marketable after winning three gold medals at 2013 World championships. Usain has also got six Olympic Gold medals. No wonder, USAIN is nicknamed as Lightening Bolt.  Quote from USAIN BOLT sums it up nicely*  ALL I HAVE TO DO IS WORK ON TRANSITION AND TECHNIQUE *.
