Quote by SERENA WILIAMS ; If anything, you know, I think loosing makes me more motivated.

Challenge. Face. Brave. Valiant. Heroic. Champion. Achievers continuously have to face challenges in life. Serena Williams is one such achiever who has risen like a Phoenix from very humble background. Racism, belonging to deprived class in USA, facing insinuation that she is a male…..Serena has encountered it all. Also, when Serena begun playing lawn tennis, her illustrious sister Venus used to hog limelight. However, Serena kept on improving her game & has blossomed as among the best 5 female tennis players of all time. Off late she has been easily surpassing all opponents. Serena  has now won 22 GRAND SLAM titles in LAWN TENNIS ( as on 11-7-16 ).  Now , Serena is all time SECOND  on this list of highest number of grand slam titles. No women player in recent times has dominated tennis like Serena. Her consistency & mental toughness is amazing at the age of  33. Serena’s power game, athleticism and skills have fascinated the tennis commentators as well as fans.  Serena’s attitude and aggressiveness adds to her persona.  No wonder, winning has become a habit for her.  Despite fitness concerns of late, Serena has continuously won big tournaments with ease. Serena Williams sums up her winning theory in the quote *When you lose, you get up, you make it better, You try again *

Quote from Luis Suarez “ I always want more. I always want my team to perform their best”.

Resilient. Buoyant. Strong. Tough. Achievers have resilience in plenty. They come out shining whenever they are under severe stress. Luis Suarez is one such champion footballer who plays for his national team Uruguay as well as his Spanish club  Barcelona ( among the two best football clubs of the world ) . Suarez has shown resilience . He has demonstrated capacity to recover from the tough situations . He recovered from lows  of world cup 2014 where he was banned . However, his skills  and crafty finish in 2016 for his team ( Barcelona)  has made him stand out in Spanish league (La Liga). His resurgence has meant that he has outscored both Ronaldo  & Messy in terms of goals. Luis has scored 59 goals this season for BARCELONA.  His “Pichichi” win has broken Messi & Ronaldo seven year domination. No wonder, sport lovers across the world are praising Suarez.  We refer a quote from Sandberg who is Chief Operating  Officer of Facebook  which sums up Suarez as well “You are not born with a fixed amount of resilience. It’s muscle, you can build it up and then drawn on it when you need it “.

QUOTE BY ELON MUSK * FAILURE IS AN OPTION HERE . IF THINGS ARE NOT FAILING, YOU ARE NOT INNOVATING ENOUGH *

However, they keep on drawing strength & conviction from their internal reservoir. They are able to push risky ideas forward through a combination of deep technical insight & long term vision. Also, they never ever give up. They  thrive on quality products . Elon Musk is one  exceptional  achiever & inventor who was on verge of Bankruptcy in early 2013. QUOTE BY PABLO PICASSO * ACTION IS THE FOUNDATIONAL KEY TO ALL SUCCESS *

Force. Life. Movement. Execute. Action. Achievers control situations by causing things to happen rather than waiting to respond after things happen. They are constantly moving forward, looking to the future & making things happen. They are actively engaged & not passively observe the things happening around. MINDSET IS EVERYTHING.

1.     Approach. Belief. Character. Perspective. Mindset. Achievers have a mindset detsined to succeed. They are always in a domain of positivity . They  use positive words when talking . Their body language evokes strength and success.  Virat Kohli is one such champion Indian cricket player who believes in winning. Virat practices positive & proactive steps towards winning the game for his country.  His will to succeed & leading team from the front makes him a delight to watch . Virat is the fastest in the world to reach 25 centuries in ODI & also the fastest in the world to score 7000 odi runs. No wonder his aggression & passion rubs on his team mates as well & motivates the team to win. Steve Maraboli quote sums this comprehensively * Once your mindset changes, everything on the outside will change along with it *

Quote by Novak Djokovic "I think luck falls on not just the brave but also the ones who believe they belong there."

Luck. Fortune. Chance. Destiny. Coincidence. There is nothing in life which you will get free or by chance. One has to be extremely focused and work hard . Only then true potential of self will be realized.  Novak Djokovic is one such exceptional  tennis champion player who is ranked world number ONE( as on 1-2-16)  .Novak started working hard right from the age of four. His grit & consistency made him the youngest tennis player in the open era to have reached the Semifinals of all four  Grand slam events.  His achievement includes eleven Grand Slam titles and has held number one spot in ATP ranking for total 184  week (as on 1-2-16). Quote by BENJAMIN FRANKLIN * Diligence is the mother of Good luck *

QUOTE BY SEAN Connery * Some Age, Others Mature *

Level Headed. Rational. Accountable. Responsible. Mature. Maturity is a trait which is difficult to achieve. As one grows up within a organization or a family, one has to keep calm, own up and start taking the responsibilities. This can only happen if one is honest and makes sure to gain trust of others as well as delivers in time. It is said that Achievers mature faster than the others . Neymar is one such champion player (age-23, plays for Argentina) who has become responsible in 2015. Neymar plays Football which is a highly competitive and demanding sport. It happens many time in team games that while there are many players of exceptional talent, yet only few blossom and deliver to the team. Again and again NEYMAR  came to rescue of his famous team Barcelona by being more responsible particularly towards late 2015. No wonder he matched Messi in number of goals for Barcelona in last year, by scoring 48 goals. Also in Messi’s absence during the later part of 2015, Neymar took responsibility and along with Suarez contributed to team immensely. There’s a famous quote “Maturity is when your world opens up and you realize you’re not the centre of it.”
