Achievers focus on little things. Ratan Tata has a powerful Vision, is able to align  stakeholder around that vision and execution  that with excellence. When Tata launched the small car Nano, it reflected a leader's inner values, influenced by his outer behaviour. Tata and his group held a bigger purpose close to their heart: Nation building and employment, while driving operational efficiency and profitability. "Anyone who visits Jamshedpur will know the meaning of this purpose statement and how well this statement is expressed and executed there," said Tata. TATA conglomerate  ( which he headed from 1991 to 2012 ) was proud to have him as their   Chairman. Tata was awarded highest Civilian award of Great Britain in May, 14. Tata has been awarded the prestigious Indian civilian awards , Padma Bhushan & Padma Vibhushan . No wonder, Tata is widely respected across the universe as India’s best brand ambassador.
