Appeal. Captivation. Irresistible attraction. Oomph. Charisma. Leaders have it all. Audacity ,or as some would call it chutzpah, is an additional facet of achievers. This something special makes them stand out in a crowd. Apple founder STEVE JOBS had plenty of this. Incredible guts , brazen attitude. Courage. Supreme self confidence almost bordering on arrogance. Steve knew that old fashioned charisma is no longer enough to get the attention. It worked for him whether he was taking the music companies head on with his revolutionary products or while he was seeking perfection in a new product launch. It was his fearlessness which made him conceptualize & create new products .This transformed one industry after another, from computers and smart phones to music and movies.
