ACHIEVERS HAVE A WINNING RHYTHM

Flow. Tempo. Movement. Time. Rhythm. It boils down to rhythm for achievers. Achievers have an innate sense of rhythm. They dive right in to their training sessions day after day relentlessly . There is no shortcuts to success. This is what Track and field athlete Carl Lewis used to do. Carl Lewis is famous for his 100 meters sprints. Carl set up world records in 100 meters, 4 *100 meter relay & 4 *200 meter relay. Lewis was transcendent in this race setting an Olympic record by beating the next closest runner by a record eight feet in 1984 OLYMPICS. He went on to win three additional gold’s in the long jump, the 200, and the 4x100 relay in the same Olympics. Lewis went on to win total nine gold medals in Olympics. In 1996 Lewis regained the ranking of No. 1 in the event, an astonishing 15 years after first claiming the top spot. In addition, Lewis won eight career gold medals in the World Championships. His athleticism was spectacular which is evident in his exploits in 100 meters, 200 meters as well as long jump. Never lacking confidence, Lewis quotes very meaningfully **Life is about timing *
