Gambhir's captaincy, the Kolkata Knight Riders won their maiden IPL title in
2012 and again in 2014. Gautam has been
also part of INDIAs 2007 ( T-20 ) & 2007 ( 50 over one day cricket) World
cup winning squads. Gautam,s knock in both these finals were exemplary. Gautam is able to extract the maximum out of his
players by letting them play their natural player as well as mentoring them with
right kind of inputs . His brilliance is demonstrated by the fact that Gautam captained the Indian team in six ODIs with India winning all six

batsman to have scored more than 300 runs in four consecutive Test series. Recently
